Our house-made spicy vegetarian speciality. Black beans and veggies slow simmered in our own blend of beer, spices and tomatoes. Topped with co-jack, sour cream, jalapenos, and onions. Served with tortilla chips. A scoop of basmati rice is available on request.
Polly's Big Burrito
A fat roll of your choice of our house-made chilis, basmati rice, chopped fresh tomatoes, co-jack cheese and onion. Topped with our verde sauce, melted co-jack and sour cream. Served with salsa and tortilla chips.

Our most popular menu item. A pile of tortilla chips oven-roasted under handfuls of shredded co-jack and a scoop of our black bean chili. Black olives, green chilies, chopped fresh tomatoes, jalapeños, and a scoop of sour cream cool it all off. Served with a side of salsa.

Howard Bok was a sailor headed to the Alaskan gold fields when he was murdered in one of the rooms upstairs in the hotel. His ghost lives down in the basement with us now. His special is a Bagel Dog and a pint of Pabst.
